Yes you can change the settings to allow your own personisation of your property, including minimum and maximum nightly rates, minimum nights stays and far out premiums.
Yes you can set your own custom length of stays for holiday periods
Yes you can and this maybe worthwhile in some situations, mostly though you want the software to use its algorithm to interpret the data and set the prices dynamically.
Yes PriceLabs charge for this service based on the number of units you have using their service, currently around $20 per month.
