We want to make this as easy as possible for you so we will use the text and photos from Airbnb in the first instance
We will take all the photos you have on airbnb. At a later date, you can add more if you desire.
Now that you have a Direct Booking Website it is time to promote it, use social media, word of mouth, flyers or business cards left in your property. Use your website link in as many places as you can think of.
It depends on you. Once payment has been made, we will need you to set up your Stripe and Smoobu accounts and compete a simple form. Once received we can have your first draft website ready in less that 5 working days. The quicker you get the info to us, the quicker we can set it up.
Yes this is included in your package and helps to add credibility
Yes we will arrange for emails to go to the guest at key times that we recommend. Or we can take your current scheduled messages if you have set them up on Airbnb.
Yes this is possible, you need to own a domain name. If you want to give us that, we are able to set this up for a small charge which you will be able to purchase at check out
This price is for setting up 1 or two properties and connecting to up to 3 OTA's - Airbnb, Booking.com and VRBO. You will need to have accounts already set up with the, prior to working with us. Additional properties can be added.
There will be some costs paid directly to the supplier these are: Stripe fees: est 1.5% plus 20p per transaction, Smoobu fees: est £22.69/month one property, £29.73 two properties (no other connection/booking fees), your OTA fees: as per each OTA (note, you will be charged full-service fee rate but will be able to offset this against by uplifting the rate on Smoobu)
