We will give you a google document which is easy to complete with the information we need from you.
The logon details for any OTA's is required. If you do not wish to share those details we can make the changes using screenshare, and you can enter the passwords.
It depends on you. Once payment has been made, we will need you to set up your Stripe and Smoobu accounts and compete a google form. Once recieved we can have your Smoobu property management system ready in less than 5 working days. The quicker you get the info to us, the quicker we can set it up.
Yes we can provide the templates or copy over existing emails and set them to be sent at the specified triggers. (1.Booking confirmation, 2. 5 days before visit, 3. 1 day into stay and 4. as the guest leaves)
The guest guide is a powerful tool, especially when read on a mobile phone. It contains all the information you want to share with the guest. Directions, Parking, Access, then sections to enhance the stay - Places to eat, Places to Go anything you wish to share. Text, Pictures,Maps and video can be used. The Guest Guide cuts down on questions from the guests and provides valuable information.
We will provide the template for you to populate your specfic information.
This price is for setting up 1 or two properties and connecting to up to 3 OTA's - Airbnb, Booking.com and VRBO. You will need to have accounts already set up with the, prior to working with us.
There will be some costs to be aware of paid directly to the supplier these are: Stripe fees: est 1.5% plus 20p per transaction, Smoobu fees: est £22.69/month one property, £29.73 two properties (no other connection/booking fees), your OTA fees: as per each OTA (note, you will be charged full service fee rate but will be able to offset this against by uplifting the rate on smoobu)
