The migration service covers a like-for-like move of your existing Smoobu website onto the new Smoobu website builder.

The design and content will be transferred as closely as possible to your current site.

Any additional changes, redesigns, or new content requested beyond a like-for-like migration will be charged at £45 per hour.

Training on how to use the new website builder is not included, but Smoobu provides this support directly as part of your existing subscription.

The migration fee is £249 for up to 2 properties and £449 for up to 4 properties payable in advance via the provided payment link.

Migration will be scheduled once payment has been received in full.

To ensure migration is completed before the old Smoobu website builder is switched off on 31st October 2025, bookings must be confirmed and paid for by the stated deadline.

If confirmation or payment is not received by the deadline, we cannot guarantee your website will remain online after 31st October 2025.

It remains your responsibility to check and approve the migrated website once notified that it is ready to view.

You are responsible for ensuring that any new or updated content you wish to include is provided to us in good time.

We will take all reasonable care in carrying out the migration, but we cannot accept responsibility for:

• Any downtime, technical issues, or feature changes arising from Smoobu’s platform (as these are outside our control).

• Any loss of bookings, revenue, or business resulting from delays or failure to migrate if you do not confirm and pay by the deadline.

Our liability in connection with this service is strictly limited to the value of the migration fee paid.

If you cancel the migration after payment but before work begins, a full refund will be issued.

If work has already started, refunds will be made at our discretion, less time spent at the hourly rate of £45.
